Definitely recommend this food truck for tasty halal Mediterranean food, friendly chefs, and clean & healthy food options. Their Bolani and rice are tasty vegetarian options. They also sell freshly made afghani bread& customize your food order per request. It’s Kebabs, rice, dumplings& showrma are very tasty for meat lovers. My favorite foods here are number 1,3,4,6,8&10. Many people know the owners, Kubra& Reza, who cooked the first meal for free to many new arrival refugees in Salem over the last 10 years as good neighbors. No matter what time of day or night the flights would land in Portland and refugees would arrive in salem, they were ready with hot food behind the refugees door. Not only their foods are awesome but also their souls are beautiful and awesome. The beehive station also is a fun place to go with your friends and family where there is plenty of food options with Karaoke on Thursdays-Sundays. I was surprised when I found my 5-years-old singing “country road” on the stage when we were enjoying Kabuli flavor food one evening. Many people were also singing along with her. I highly recommend Kabuli flavor food truck & beehive station!!

Great food. Slightly expensive compared to local competitors for Indian food, but you won't be disappointed. If you ordered one dish, plus naan, it's over $20 per person. I wish there was some value items that made you "feel" like you were getting a bargain. The naan is delicious, but so are other restaurants. They could give you more for the price, or they could lower the price of there existing naan, slightly, to provide customers with a "value" feeling. I feel customers would less likely be afraid to order more naan if it was cheaper, say if what they ordered was not what they thought they were going to get for the price, which it isn't. All the sauces are really good. The rice, it's good, but I have been served, once before, undercooked(really undercooked) basmati. The meat is good quality, however I don't like that chicken is white meat(cost more anyway) as the original recipe for butter chicken, etc, calls for dark meat. In general, when braising white meat chicken, it gets dry. They would need to brine it, and be careful to pull it out of the oven/pot exactly at the right time for it to be moist with this style of cooking. Just very difficult to work with, and the flavor isn't the same. Seems like they are appealing to the crowd as a compromise to using more authentic/ traditional methods. Overall, 4 STARS. Even if it's slightly expensive, and sometimes they make mistakes, but the flavors have always been very good. You can taste that they know how to cook good Indian food. Worth a visit, if you're in the area. And, they have heated patio with a Beer and Wine food truck right there.

Really great afghan food. If you’ve never tried it before it’s very good similar to Mediterranean with well seasoned meat.
